  1. Along those lines, … imagine someone digging to build a house or barn, farming, etc … …. several hundred years ago … or more … and coming across a fossil of a triceratops. It was possible, but what would they have thought about it? A monster … or demon for sure. I can personally relate a rip current experience when I was around 10, … where it sucked my inflatable raft far out. I was in a panic at how far out I was, but I started paddling back in. Then, some large object (probably inflated by my terror ๐Ÿ™‚ at the time) went under my raft. I literally kissed the beach when I made it back in …. and remained there for some time afterward. LOL Imagine a blue whale (as probably pictured on the ostrich globe in that one case … or a large squid … the ancient mariners.
